I placed an order for my child, however, they did not receive it?

Your child's wellbeing at school is our number one concern. Due to this, we have implemented safeguards to prevent this scenario from ever happening. If you have placed an order, and funds were deducted and you received a confirmation email, this means your order was successfully through the Myday system. 

If your child did not receive their order, please contact your school's canteen asking them why they did not fulfil your child's online order.

 

Please note once the order has passed through the Myday system, the matter is completely out of our hands and is at the consequence of the canteen. If you are trying to add an order and you do not receive a confirmation number or email please contact us below.
